Happenings In and Around Greenbridge!

The meeting begins with Northside and Pine Knolls neighborhood updates from Della Pollack and Hudson Vaughn of the Jackson Center to learn about efforts to help preserve these neighborhoods together with the UNC Northside initiative. Delores Bailey will also share updates about EmPOWERment initiatives.

Then we will then learn where Greenbridge has been, where it is and where it’s going from Michael Parker. A downtown business person and resident of Greenbridge, Michael will conclude with a brief tour of the building’s unique features and several downtown businesses located there.

available in the Chapel Hill public lot the corner of Rosemary Street and Sunset Drive or in the Guest Parking located below the condominiums with access off Merritt Mill Road. The building's public garage has very limited parking -- please pay close attention to the signs to ensure you are not towed. Other options include the Carrboro parking deck next to the Hampton Inn or the Chapel Hill town lot on Graham St. south of Franklin.

The mission of Friends of the Downtown is to develop and promote downtown Chapel Hill as a place for community interaction and economic vitality.
